P4x Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the p4x platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions of the terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the p4x platform through our website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the p4x platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and p4x as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. p4x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement until compliance is confirmed.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on p4x. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. p4x reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documents such as a national ID or other relevant documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the p4x support team. Please contact us at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for an added layer of security.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the p4x platform agree to comply with all applicable rules and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is lawful under Malaysian law. Users are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal activity or unauthorised purpose.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Colluding with other users to deceive the platform or other users.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of fraud or money laundering.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through dishonest means.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
P4x reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, placing holds on funds pending investigation, and reporting matters to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the p4x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies and are not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third-party financial service providers.
Accepted deposit methods include local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as online bank transfers via FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level.
Fund withdrawals will be processed subject to the following conditions:
- Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
- Funds must be credited via a valid deposit method before any withdrawal is permitted.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the method and amount.
- P4x reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending security or compliance investigations.
P4x is not liable for any losses resulting from delays caused by factors beyond our control, including banking system outages, public holidays, or other force majeure events.
5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The p4x platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, p4x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
Our total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the balance in your active account at the time the claim is made. Users are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are secure; p4x is not liable for losses arising from a compromise of the user's device security.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p4x platform, including layouts, graphics, text, logos, software code, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of p4x and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from p4x.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
P4x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any funds remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation will be subject to investigation before any withdrawal is permitted. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team.
Third-Party Links
The p4x platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not represent any endorsement or assumption of responsibility by p4x for the content or practices of those third parties. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
P4x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for any dispute relating to the use of the p4x platform.
